Hello! I have over 5 years of experience teaching and tutoring students of all ages, both privately and through tutoring agencies. I studied mathematics with a teaching concentration at CSUF, and while still in school, I was a TA for a calculus class. I led supplemental instruction classes for students twice a week where I helped students prepare for tests and created specialized study material that went along with the class curriculum. The experience and training I received teaching in a group setting gave me the tools to become an excellent private tutor. While in school, I also began in-home tutoring both middle and high school students in Pre-algebra, Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, and Calculus. I now live in Los Angeles and tutor students of all ages- all the way from kindergarten to high school. I specialize in math, but I also have multiple years of experience tutoring science, grammar, language arts, and reading for elementary and middle school students.
